Abstract
Three different thick film printing paste compositions were prepared by mixing ruthenium dioxide with PbO-MgO-GeO2glasses in such a proportion so as to maintain a constant volume ratio and by addition of an appropriate amount of organic vehicle. The pastes so prepared were printed on alumina substrates, dried on a hot plate and fired. Ohmic resistance and T.C.R. were measured. It was observed that T.C.R. was closely related to the relative coefficient of thermal expansion of the glass and the ceramic material of the substrates. © 1980 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
